RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to return your items within
17 days of purchase with full refund of the amount paid for the product excluding any
shipping costs.
Please review exclusions and restrictions below:

Items purchased during promotions might not be subject to refund. However, Please
check the terms & conditions of the promotion before placing your order as the
returns policy may vary during promotional periods.

 

We do not accept returns of Tees Cosmetics products purchased from other
retailers/ distributors. Please contact your retailer directly

 

Sets  Collections:  If you choose one of our ‘Customisable Sets’  you can return the
items, however all the items must be returned to be entitled to a full refund.  If you
wish to return one of the items, the full discount gained by purchasing the set will be
deducted from your refund of this item.

BLACK FRIDAY RETURNS

All Black Friday Sales will be sold with a strict no returns policy for any items purchased as
part of the Black Friday promotion. This includes all discounted products purchased
between sale period.

ORDERING PRODUCTS

Once purchased you will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. The

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

We will do our best to make sure that all orders are sent out at the earliest time after
payment. We aim to get orders delivered between 3-10 days of placing order, if any delay
arise a contact will be made via emails.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests
cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.

This will apply to orders over 50USD / 47 EUR/ 70CAD / 41GBP / 20,000NGN. Please note
that this does not include duties or fees applied to your shipment impose in destinated
countries.

MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS

DAMAGED ITEMS :
If items are received damage, please within a 7 days window, send a photo with the
damaged items immediately with your order information to sales@teescosmetics.com To be eligible for a full refund
please keep damaged items as they may need to be returned.
