Can I return the items purchased?

if you are not satisfied with the items purchased and wish to return them, you can return
products which are unused and within 17 days after purchased items.

Can I return an item purchased during promotion

Items purchased during promotions might not be subject to refund. However, Please check
the terms & conditions of the promotion before placing your order as the returns policy may
vary during promotional periods.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I have been contacted regarding an additional cost applied to delivering my parcel, I thought it was free shipping?

Once free shipping threshold is surpassed, free shipping the free shipping discount
automatically applies at the checkout which ships the products to you. However,
your order may have been subject to duties & taxes applied by your local customs
office of delivery country. Countries subjected to tax and duty fees
are US, UK, Germany, France, Poland, Ireland, Lebanon or Holland

When will I be entitled to Free Shipping?

This will apply to orders over 50USD / 47 EUR/ 70CAD / 41GBP / 20,000NGN. Please
note that this does not include duties or fees applied to your shipment impose in
destinated countries.
